It was in May 2005 that La Distillerie du Quartier des Spectacles (D1) opened its doors for the first time thanks to the efforts of our two founders, David Poulin and Philippe Haman, their families and their circles of friends. The small family team (siblings and childhood friends) begins the adventure: introducing cocktails in a relaxed, unpretentious pub atmosphere, something unusual at that time.
